Become a part of BFV and enrich our festival as a volunteer!
The Black Forest Voices Festival would not be possible without the many helping and contributing hands of our volunteers. As every year, we have a wide range of volunteering opportunities on offer. For each shift worked, you will receive a free ticket for a workshop or concert of your choice.
You are:
- at least 18 years old
- with an affinity for choirs, music enthusiasts, a cappella fans... - or simply interested :-)
- flexible on the days from Wednesday, 11 June to Monday, 16 June 2025
We need:
A total of approx. 50 helpers for the following areas:
- Support on set-up and dismantling days (e.g. beer sets, pavilions, parasols, backstage areas, jumpers ...)
- Admission control at concerts and workshops,
- Supervision of artists and lecturers,
- Simple technical support for workshops,
- Set-up, conversion and dismantling in concert and workshop areas
- …
We offer:
- exciting concerts and workshops with artists from the German and international choral and vocal scene in a great atmosphere
- a friendly, motivated team and a great festival atmosphere
- a free ticket for a workshop or concert of your choice for each volunteer shift. The online enquiry takes place after the planning of the volunteer shift.
- if desired: confirmation of your voluntary work
Important to know:
- The schedule will be available approx. one month before the festival starts.
- Online info: Mandatory for all new volunteers on 25.5.25 at 7 pm, Zoom link will be provided after registration as a volunteer
- Tour: Opportunity for all interested parties to get to know the festival site. Meeting point is on Wed, 11.6.25 at 7 pm at the festival office, Talvogteistraße 3, 79199 Kirchzarten
